These general terms and conditions of sale govern the commercial relationships for the sale of goods and services between Tuttoslot and its customers. 4-Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively by Email or via Internet (online), or

5-Prices

All prices listed on the site are intended as suggested retail prices for the end user, including VAT. Prices and discounts may be changed at any time without notice. 6-Product Availability

Items that are not available are highlighted during the ordering process on the website https://noleggi.tuttoslot.it with a dedicated message. We will contact the customer who placed the order to inform them of the delivery times. For some unavailable products, the delivery time from the order will be indicated at the bottom of the description. In any case, the final availability of each item is confirmed during the "check out" phase of the order. If the customer makes a payment but for any reason the goods are not delivered, Tuttoslot will immediately refund the amount due.

7-Shipping and inspection upon delivery-Delivery times

Shipments to Italy are only made via express delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: delivery in case of "express" shipping will take place via air shipment within 24/48 working hours from the moment the package leaves the warehouse. You will receive an email when the package leaves the warehouse containing the link to track your package. These delivery times are guaranteed only for orders received by 2:30 pm.

Delays are possible for deliveries in "remote" areas and islands. For the latter, there is also an additional shipping cost.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs in Italy range from €8 to €25.00 (VAT included). The shipping cost will be shown during the online order checkout process. If your order contains two or more products with different delivery times, the shipment will be made in a single delivery as soon as all products are available, unless otherwise instructed by the customer via email or phone. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and their correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. The goods travel at the customer's risk even when delivered free to the customer's address. Tuttoslot retains ownership of all goods delivered until final and full payment for the goods purchased.

9-Warranty

Tuttoslot guarantees that upon delivery the goods are free from defects or any prejudice at origin. Purchasing material from Tuttoslot implies acceptance of the warranty conditions. The purchased goods are guaranteed under the conditions provided by the manufacturer. The customer therefore accepts without reservation all the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 24 months from receipt of the goods. A prerequisite for exercising the right to warranty is that the defect was not caused by improper use. The right to warranty may be fulfilled by Tuttoslot through the replacement of the defective product, or through replacement with a similar product only if it has equal or superior characteristics, or finally through repair. If this is not possible, Tuttoslot may withdraw from the purchase contract and fully refund the customer.

10-Complaints Any shipping errors or missing materials must be reported in writing. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight calendar days of receipt. Any anomalies resulting from transport damage must be reported in writing by registered letter with return receipt to the carrier and a copy to Tuttoslot, detailing the damage found and stating "accepted with reservation" on the courier's delivery document. 11-Payments

The supplied goods must be paid for with: -PayPal - For a maximum amount of €3,000 (VAT included). -Advance bank transfer

Any other form of payment must be agreed upon in writing with Tuttoslot. Tuttoslot in any case reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after receiving the order, for those customers who are "over the credit limit" or have "outstanding payments" or an "open dispute".

For payments by advance bank transfer, a discount code "NO

PAYPAL", which guarantees a 3.5% discount on the cost of goods, excluding shipping costs. Tuttoslot will proceed with shipping or production (in case of orders for specific parts) only after receiving the bank transfer in its current account. 12-Obligations relating to the traceability of financial flows – Law 136/2010

13-Cancellation of orders, right of withdrawal

As provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Tuttoslot reserves the right to accept such a return, particularly in cases where the goods have been expressly ordered from its supplier and for orders of materials listed under point "14 Goods Return." If the payment was made via Paypal, the amount paid will be refunded minus 3.5%, which is the fee that Paypal applies to transactions and does not refund in case of a refund to the customer.

The shipping cost for returned goods will be borne by the customer. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

14-Returns of Goods

The return of goods must be requested in writing by sending a Registered Letter or certified mail with the sales document attached. The reasons for the return and the purchase reference of the goods must be indicated. The goods to be returned must be in perfect
