We mainly ship with Poste Italiane and BRT couriers with delivery in 24/72 hours, with prices starting from €8 (for parcels up to 2kg) and up. It is also possible to select insured shipping, indicated with a specific rate. The choice of courier will always be made based on the most convenient rate for the customer.
Parcel delivery: the parcel is always delivered to the indicated address. With Poste Italiane courier, it is possible to indicate delivery of the parcel to a post office for subsequent personal collection. To do this, simply indicate it in the notes at checkout, or by informing us after the purchase.
Insured shipping: up to a value of €500, it is possible to choose insured shipping by selecting it among the proposed shipping options, with an additional cost of €3.50 or €4.50
Parcel preparation: for all orders placed before 12:00 pm on weekdays, the parcel is scheduled to be shipped the following morning. In the case of 3D printed material, one or two additional days may be necessary, or more if the goods need to be printed, if not already ready, or if a custom color is requested.
Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Shipping times may be subject to delays beyond Tuttoslot's control.
In-person pickup: In-person pickup is available at our headquarters. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for collection.
Pickup at our headquarters by your trusted courier: It is possible to request pickup at our headquarters by your trusted courier. To obtain this option, you must choose the "in-person pickup" method and then contact us for pickup instructions.
Cash on delivery: cash on delivery payment is not available for parcels.
IN CASE OF PARCELS OVER 10 KG THE SYSTEM DOES NOT OFFER SHIPPING COSTS DUE TO VOLUME AND RELATED VARIABLE COSTS. Once the purchase is completed with the "IN-PERSON PICKUP" option, contact us for order preparation and subsequent payment of shipping costs, which we will know only after the parcel is prepared and its volume assessed.
REMOTE AREAS: Poste Italiane courier has identified some areas in Italy defined as "remote areas". These are individual postal codes relating to towns located in hard-to-reach areas, or so defined by them, for which they require a supplement for shipping of €13.00. This supplement cannot be automatically calculated by our cart at checkout, but will be requested, if necessary, after the purchase, during shipment preparation. Abroad
We ship with UPS and BRT couriers but, given the continuous increase by the couriers, we also use other certified international couriers based on the shipping cost and delivery times.
If the destination country is not automatically listed, proceed to checkout by selecting in-store pickup. As soon as it is available, we will provide the correct shipping cost.
